What You'll Do:
- Drive successful delivery of complex, cross-functional product and platform initiatives from inception to launch.
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Own delivery execution by tracking sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and release forecasts.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, DevOps, QA, and Data teams to maintain a high-quality delivery pipeline.
- Ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized, estimated, and ready ahead of sprint execution.
- Remove blockers and dependencies while fostering clarity, speed, and accountability across teams.
- Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment activities, and go-live processes.
- Align sprint-level execution with broader business objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
- Promote engineering and delivery best practices across Java, DevOps, Data, and AI/ML teams.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience working in agile software delivery environments as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Lead.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, including CI/CD pipelines, QA processes, and release management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent sprints or workstreams across distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with agile and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.
