Role: Price Lead

What You'll Do:
- Data & Analytics: The candidate will need to conduct competitive analyses, price elasticity studies, and financial forecasting to support evidence-based pricing decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaboration with Sales (GTM), Finance, and Solution teams will be key in developing effective pricing strategies.
- Communication and Reporting: The ability to clearly present pricing strategies to senior management, highlight key risks, propose winning solutions, and provide benchmarking for approvals is critical.
- Operational Execution: The role includes overseeing list prices, discount policies, annual price adjustments, and maintaining pricing databases and guardrails.
- Performance Monitoring: The candidate should be able to track KPIs, analyze the impact of pricing changes, and report results to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Experience guiding, mentoring, and managing a team of pricing analysts is highly valued.
