Target roles that align with Persistent Systems's core service lines
Persistent Systems primarily delivers software engineering, digital transformation, and managed services. Roles in software development, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and enterprise application support align most closely with the positions the company actively sponsors.
Understand that Persistent Systems sponsors both temporary and permanent visas
The company sponsors H-1B visas for initial U.S. work authorization and pursues Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employees. Asking about the full sponsorship lifecycle during interviews shows you understand their process.
Apply well before the H-1B cap registration window opens in March
Persistent Systems participates in the annual H-1B lottery. To be included, you need an offer confirmed before USCIS registration opens. Starting your job search in January or February gives you the best chance of being registered in time.
Highlight enterprise client experience in your application
Persistent Systems serves large enterprise clients across healthcare, banking, and technology. Candidates who can demonstrate experience delivering projects in regulated or complex enterprise environments are more competitive for the roles that typically receive sponsorship.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Persistent Systems openings filtered by sponsorship
Not every job posting signals whether sponsorship is available. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify Persistent Systems roles where visa support is confirmed, saving time and reducing guesswork.
Ask explicitly about the Green Card process during offer negotiations
Persistent Systems has a strong track record of pursuing permanent residence for sponsored employees through EB-2 and EB-3. Clarifying the company's timeline and process for initiating Green Card sponsorship is a reasonable and important question to raise before accepting an offer.
