FDE3 is a senior, hands-on technical leader who represents Persistent with AWS and customers. This role focuses on deep technical engagement, solution shaping, and sell-to / sell-with motions. This is not a delivery role and not a Q backfill.
What You'll Do:
- Act as Persistent’s front-line technical representative with AWS and enterprise customers
- Own end-to-end technical conversations from problem definition to solution realization
- Design and build white-coded POCs, prototypes, and reference implementations
- Lead architecture and solution discussions using code and working systems, not slides
- Support transformation, modernization, GenAI, data, and cloud initiatives
- Elevate Persistent’s AWS positioning through technical depth and credibility
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience across the AWS ecosystem (compute, S3, data, networking, security, pipelines, serverless, server-full, Bedrock, agent ecosystems)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems: high-performance computing, real-time processing, event-driven architectures, self-healing systems
- Strong experience with data platforms: NoSQL, document DBs, graph DBs, vector databases, data modeling, ETL/ELT, CDC, migrations
- Experience with integration technologies: GraphQL, gRPC, MuleSoft, Camel, WSO2, Boomi
- Hands-on experience with security and observability stacks
- Strong programming background; Rust, C++, or Go preferred (Java alone is not sufficient)
- Must be comfortable with vibe development
- Expert in Agentic Engineering, Prompt development, Advanced guardrails management, COT logging and observability
