As a supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a motivated, efficient, and safety-focused team. Your mission is to ensure smooth operations, mentor associates, and spark continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, OSHA and/or all regulatory agencies, including company policies and procedures.
- Oversee all manufacturing and packaging operations including pharmacy, blending, packaging, and warehouse to meet quality standards, efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage scheduling to optimize production output.
- Lead, train, and coach associates to promote safety, consistent performance, and professional development.
- Maintain workflow, foster team morale, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among associates, managers, and vendors.
- Perform additional duties assigned to support overall departmental and company goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of manufacturing or packaging leadership experience (FDA/GMP industries preferred).
- Solid supervisory skills with proven ability to organize, prioritize, and inspire teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt, multitask, and support business needs with additional shifts when required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a physically active environment.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
