Reporting to the SVP/GM of Home Services, the Head of Lender Marketplace & Partnerships will lead the lender-facing organization and serve as the primary commercial owner of 360's lender ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for building and optimizing a high-performing network of lending partners while balancing lender economics, contractor value, consumer outcomes, and 360's financial performance.
This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role requiring a leader who can combine lender relationships, commercial strategy, marketplace economics, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
Lender Strategy & Partnerships:
- Own the overall strategy and growth of 360's lender marketplace.
- Develop, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with banks, fintech lenders, credit unions, and point-of-sale financing providers.
- Expand lender coverage across credit segments, loan products, trades, geographies, and contractor segments.
- Build strategic partnerships that increase lender competition, consumer approval rates, contractor adoption, and marketplace value.
- Serve as the senior leader relationship owner for key lending partners.
Marketplace Economics & Commercial Performance:
- Own lender pricing, economics, and monetization across waterfall and multi-lender marketplace models.
- Optimize the marketplace across approval rates, consumer conversion, contractor economics, lender returns, and 360's margin.
- Own lender revenue and Media Margin performance, identifying opportunities to improve monetization, yield, and marketplace efficiency.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, revenue share, economics, product structures, SLAs, and partnership terms.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize the long-term value of the lender ecosystem.
Organization & Execution:
- Lead and develop the lender organization, including Lender Sales & Relationships, Lender Onboarding, and Lender Compliance.
- Establish the processes, systems, and performance management needed to scale the lender marketplace.
- Ensure new lenders are efficiently contracted, onboarded, activated, and integrated into the marketplace.
- Build a high-performing, enterprise-grade lender organization capable of supporting 360's largest home services customers.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to evolve the lender marketplace.
- Translate lender and market needs into product and technology priorities.
- Work with Sales and Account Management to strengthen the value proposition of financing for home services contractors.
- Partner with Finance to manage marketplace economics, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Participate in lender and marketplace compliance programs, ensuring appropriate controls and processes while recognizing 360's role as a marketplace rather than a bank or lender.
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in point-of-sale lending, embedded finance, consumer lending, lending marketplaces, fintech, or a related financial services environment.
- Proven track record managing lender partnerships and commercial relationships with banks, fintech lenders, or other credit providers.
- Experience owning or significantly influencing lender economics, pricing, revenue, margin, and marketplace performance.
- Strong understanding of the interactions among lenders, merchants/contractors, consumers, and embedded-finance platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and structure partnerships that create value for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing commercial and relationship-management teams.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to use marketplace data to make commercial decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
- Home improvement, home services, or point-of-sale financing experience strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented.

Target roles at the intersection of technology and marketing
QuinStreet's core business is performance marketing technology, so engineers, data analysts, and product managers sit closest to its sponsorship sweet spot. Roles with a clear technical or analytical component are historically the strongest fit for visa sponsorship consideration.
Understand the performance marketing industry before applying
QuinStreet operates in a specialized niche combining digital advertising and lead generation. Candidates who demonstrate fluency in performance metrics, conversion optimization, or programmatic media will stand out in interviews and signal they're ready to contribute without a long ramp-up.
Ask about sponsorship timelines during early conversations
Consulting and professional services firms often move quickly on hiring decisions. Raise visa sponsorship early in the process so the recruiting team can confirm internal approvals are in place before you invest significant time in later interview rounds.
Highlight OPT or CPT work authorization to reduce employer hesitation
QuinStreet sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, meaning they're open to hiring students and recent graduates on existing work authorization. If you're on OPT, leading with your current authorization status removes the immediate H-1B timing pressure from the conversation.
Look for open roles with a longer planning horizon before H-1B season
H-1B petitions must be filed in April for an October start date. Targeting QuinStreet roles posted in late fall or winter gives both sides time to align on sponsorship before the filing window opens. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsors and surface QuinStreet openings early.
Consider the TN pathway if you're Canadian or Mexican
QuinStreet sponsors TN visas, which have no lottery, no cap, and faster approval timelines than H-1B. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in a qualifying professional role, the TN pathway at QuinStreet can be significantly more straightforward than waiting for H-1B selection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does QuinStreet sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, QuinStreet sponsors H-1B visas and has a track record of doing so across multiple years. The company tends to sponsor candidates in technical and analytical roles aligned with its performance marketing business. If you're targeting an H-1B at QuinStreet, focus on roles in software engineering, data analysis, or product where the need for specialized skills is clearest to hiring managers and immigration counsel.
Which visa types does QuinStreet sponsor?
QuinStreet sponsors H-1B, Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range makes the company accessible to candidates at different stages, from students on CPT through to professionals pursuing permanent residence. The TN pathway is particularly notable for Canadian and Mexican nationals, as it bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely.
Which departments or roles at QuinStreet are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
QuinStreet's sponsorship activity is concentrated in roles requiring specialized technical or analytical expertise, consistent with its Consulting and Professional Services classification. Software engineers, data scientists, and digital marketing analysts represent the strongest sponsorship profile. General administrative or entry-level marketing roles are less likely to qualify, as immigration sponsorship at most firms in this industry is prioritized for positions where the specialty occupation standard is clearly met.
How do I find open jobs at QuinStreet that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find QuinStreet roles that come with verified sponsorship history. The platform lets you filter by employer and visa type, so you can confirm sponsorship track record before applying rather than discovering the company's position mid-process. This saves significant time for candidates on tight OPT timelines or approaching an H-1B filing deadline.
How do I time my application to QuinStreet for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B petitions must be filed with USCIS in early April for an employment start date of October 1. To give QuinStreet's HR and legal teams enough runway, aim to have an offer in hand by January or February at the latest. Applying to roles posted between October and December gives you the best chance of completing interviews, negotiating an offer, and completing the LCA process before the filing window opens.
