INTRODUCTION
We build AI that sits directly in the radiologist’s workflow:
Rad AI Impressions automatically drafts the impression section of reports in real time.
Rad AI Reporting is a full radiology reporting platform powered by GenAI.
Rad AI Continuity* is our patient follow‑up coordination platform, identifying actionable findings in radiology reports and closing the loop between radiology and downstream care. Continuity is already delivering real clinical and financial impact for health systems, improving follow‑up completion rates and catching cancers and other serious conditions earlier. Now we need someone to turn this proven product into a scaled, standalone business inside Rad AI.
Why we need you
Continuity has crossed the line from promising experiment to real business. It has established recurring revenue, a strong pipeline, lighthouse health system customers, and clear proof that it changes patient outcomes and hospital economics. But today, its future still depends on how well we can focus, prioritize, and execute. Without you, Continuity risks being “just another product line” inside a busy, fast‑growing company. Roadmaps get reshuffled. Implementations take longer than they should. Customers feel the friction of a team that’s splitting its attention. Most importantly, patients who should get follow‑up care never do. You change that trajectory. You treat Continuity like your own startup inside Rad AI — with a clear vision, dedicated team, and simple, rigorous operating model. You connect product, engineering, clinical, implementations, and go‑to‑market into a single, coherent business. You protect focus, make hard tradeoffs, and turn great technology into reliable, referenceable outcomes for some of the largest health systems in the country. If you do your job well, Continuity becomes the way health systems close the loop on radiology findings at scale — and a core pillar of Rad AI’s long‑term success. If we don’t hire you, we risk leaving that opportunity, and those patients, on the table.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will operate as the General Manager and CEO‑like leader of the Continuity business within Rad AI. You own the vision, the number, the roadmap, and the day‑to‑day execution that connects them. You’ll design and run a startup‑within‑a‑startup: a focused, cross‑functional team with clear goals, decision rights, and accountability. You’ll be deeply embedded with customers and your team in equal measure. You translate health system realities into product decisions, turn engineering capacity into deployed solutions, and make sure implementations result in measurable clinical and financial outcomes. You’ll work closely with Rad AI’s executive team, but you won’t wait for permission to act — you’ll build the systems, team, and habits that let Continuity scale.
In particular, you will:
Own Continuity as a business – set the strategy, define the operating model, and be accountable for growth, profitability, and impact.
Connect product, engineering, and clinical reality – ensure the roadmap reflects real customer needs, technical constraints, and implementation learnings.
Lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional team – bring together engineers, model developers, implementation specialists, and clinical experts under a shared mission and set of goals.
Drive customer outcomes at scale – work directly with health system leaders to deliver faster implementations, stronger adoption, and clear ROI in follow‑up care and downstream revenue.
Operate like a founder* – step into whatever role is needed, from refining contracts to unblocking an integration, while keeping your eyes on the long‑term build.
YOU’RE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE IF:
You have owned and scaled a product or business line — from early traction to meaningful revenue — in healthcare or enterprise SaaS, with clear accountability for ARR, adoption, and outcomes.
You have deep experience operating as a GM, founder, or P&L owner, leading cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and commercial.
You have built and led diverse, high‑performing teams (including people leaders), and your teams would follow you to their next big challenge.
You are comfortable with AI‑powered products: you don’t need to be an ML researcher, but you can translate between customer problems, data/ML capabilities, and product decisions.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF:
You have founded a healthcare startup or led a new business line within a larger healthcare or health‑tech company.
You are fluent in the realities of healthcare delivery — you understand how health systems, clinical workflows, and hospital operations actually work, and you’ve built solutions they rely on.
You have direct experience in radiology, care coordination, patient access, or other follow‑up–intensive workflows.
You have worked with AI/ML products in regulated, mission‑critical environments and understand how to balance innovation with safety and reliability.
You have led “startup within a startup” efforts before, building focused operating models inside a company that already has multiple products and priorities.
You are energized by a remote‑first, highly cross‑functional environment and enjoy spending time working directly with health system partners.

Does Rad AI sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Rad AI sponsors H-1B visas for qualified international candidates. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in specialized technical and scientific roles that align with their radiology AI platform. If you're targeting Rad AI, focus on positions in software engineering, machine learning, or clinical data science where H-1B sponsorship has historically been offered.
What types of roles at Rad AI are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Rad AI's sponsored positions tend to cluster around roles requiring specialized expertise in artificial intelligence, medical imaging, and software engineering. General business and operations roles are less commonly sponsored.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Rad AI?

What is Rad AI's general approach to sponsoring international employees?
Rad AI has demonstrated a willingness to sponsor H-1B visas for high-skill technical talent, which is consistent with how specialized healthtech and biotech companies typically compete for a narrow pool of qualified candidates. Their sponsorship is selective and tied closely to roles where deep domain expertise is required, rather than broad company-wide hiring initiatives.
How do I strengthen my application to Rad AI as an H-1B applicant?
Lead with technical depth and domain relevance. Rad AI sits at a specialized intersection of radiology and AI, so candidates who demonstrate fluency with medical imaging systems, clinical workflows, or healthcare machine learning are better positioned.
