Target roles where specialized science is non-negotiable
Revance operates in a highly specialized corner of biotech, where deep expertise in neuromodulator therapeutics, clinical development, or pharmaceutical sciences makes visa sponsorship far more likely. Lead with technical credentials that are hard to source domestically.
Understand the full visa pathway on offer
Revance sponsors both H-1B and Green Card visas, which signals a willingness to invest in long-term talent. If you're thinking beyond temporary work authorization, ask recruiters early about their immigrant visa track record and internal mobility.
Align your background with biotech-specific functions
Sponsorship at pharmaceutical companies like Revance tends to concentrate in research, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and data science. Framing your application around these functions, rather than general business roles, improves your odds significantly.
TN visa holders have a direct pathway
Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying scientific or technical roles can pursue Revance roles under the TN visa, which doesn't require USCIS approval or lottery selection. If you hold TN-eligible qualifications in a biotech discipline, this is worth exploring upfront.
Find verified sponsoring roles before you apply
Not every open role at a biotech company will come with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your time on opportunities at companies like Revance that have an active track record.

Find Revance Therapeutics JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Revance Therapeutics sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Revance Therapeutics sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of supporting work visa applications, particularly for candidates in specialized biotechnology and pharmaceutical roles. If you're targeting an H-1B sponsorship, focus on positions where your technical background directly maps to Revance's clinical or scientific work, and raise the sponsorship question early in the recruiting process.
What visa types does Revance Therapeutics sponsor?
Revance Therapeutics sponsors H-1B and Green Card visas for long-term employment, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates. TN visas are also supported for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. This range of visa types makes Revance a practical option for international candidates at different stages of their career and immigration journey.
Which departments or roles at Revance Therapeutics are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at clinical-stage biotech companies like Revance tends to concentrate in roles that require highly specialized expertise, typically research and development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, bioinformatics, and pharmaceutical sciences. General administrative or non-technical roles are less likely to qualify. Candidates with advanced degrees in life sciences, chemistry, or related fields are best positioned for sponsored positions.
How do I find open sponsored roles at Revance Therapeutics?
The most reliable approach is to search for Revance Therapeutics on Migrate Mate, which tracks companies with verified sponsorship histories and surfaces roles where international candidates are actively considered. This saves time compared to sifting through general job listings that don't disclose sponsorship status. From there, apply directly through Revance's careers page and flag your visa requirements in the initial screening conversation.
How do I approach the application process at Revance Therapeutics as an international candidate?
Start by identifying roles that genuinely match your technical background, since biotech companies sponsor when a candidate's expertise is difficult to source locally. Disclose your visa status early rather than waiting until an offer stage, it avoids wasted time on both sides. If you're on OPT or CPT, emphasize continuity: recruiters at companies with an H-1B track record understand the pathway from student work authorization to long-term sponsorship.
