Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Electronic Engineer Jobs at Rosendin Electric Jobs
Align Your Credentials to Energy Project Work
Rosendin hires Electronic Engineers for large-scale electrical construction and renewable energy projects. Before applying, make sure your resume reflects systems-level experience, not just lab or R&D work. Project-based exposure to power distribution or solar integration stands out.
Verify Your Degree Field Matches the Role
H-1B eligibility requires a direct nexus between your degree field and the specific role. For Electronic Engineer positions, a degree in electrical or electronic engineering carries far more weight than a general engineering or physics background when USCIS evaluates specialty occupation.
Target Rosendin Openings With Active Project Timelines
Rosendin's hiring is heavily tied to active construction contracts. Roles tied to funded infrastructure or renewable energy projects are more likely to include sponsorship, since the employer has a concrete business need driving the hire. Browse current openings on Migrate Mate to find roles with open headcount.
Raise Sponsorship Early in Recruiter Conversations
Don't wait until you have an offer to discuss your visa status. Ask recruiters upfront whether the specific role and project location supports H-1B filing. Rosendin operates across multiple states, and sponsorship willingness can vary by regional office and project structure.
Understand the LCA Requirement Before Your Start Date
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. For construction and energy firms, prevailing wage determinations often reference project site locations, not headquarters, so confirm which wage level applies to where you'll actually be working.
Use OPT or CPT to Build Relevant Site Experience
If you're on F-1 status, pursuing CPT or OPT with a construction-adjacent energy employer before targeting Rosendin builds exactly the field experience their Electronic Engineer roles require. Hands-on site exposure, especially in electrical systems, strengthens both your resume and a future H-1B petition.

Find Electronic Engineer at Rosendin Electric JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Rosendin Electric sponsor H-1B visas for Electronic Engineers?
Yes, Rosendin Electric has sponsored H-1B visas for engineering roles including Electronic Engineers. Sponsorship is tied to specific open positions and project needs, so availability can vary by role and location. The strongest candidates are those whose degree field directly aligns with the electrical engineering work Rosendin performs on energy and construction projects.
How do I apply for Electronic Engineer jobs at Rosendin Electric?
You can browse current Electronic Engineer openings at Rosendin Electric on Migrate Mate, which filters for roles with active visa sponsorship. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight project-based electrical engineering experience relevant to energy infrastructure. Be prepared to discuss your visa status early in the recruiter screening process.
Which visa types are commonly used for Electronic Engineer roles at Rosendin Electric?
H-1B is the most common visa type for full-time Electronic Engineer positions at Rosendin Electric. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported, making Rosendin accessible to recent graduates still on student status. TN visas are an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose engineering credentials align with the TN professional category definitions.
What qualifications are expected for Electronic Engineer roles at Rosendin Electric?
Rosendin typically looks for a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or electronic engineering. Practical experience with power systems, electrical construction, or energy infrastructure is valued over academic or lab-only backgrounds. Familiarity with project environments, reading electrical drawings, and working across multidisciplinary construction teams is commonly expected for these roles.
How do I understand the H-1B filing timeline if I receive an offer from Rosendin Electric?
Standard H-1B petitions are subject to an annual cap, with USCIS accepting registrations in March for an October 1 start date. If your registration is selected, your employer files the full petition after the lottery. Premium processing is available and reduces USCIS adjudication to 15 business days, which can be critical when project start dates are fixed.
