Highlight scheduling and CRM experience upfront
SavATree's customer service teams manage high volumes of service calls, route coordination, and client follow-ups. Document any experience with scheduling software, CRM platforms, or multi-line phone systems in your resume before applying.
Target SavATree's seasonal hiring windows
Tree care and property services peak in spring and fall. SavATree typically ramps up customer service hiring ahead of these cycles, so submitting applications in late winter or late summer puts you in front of the most active recruiting periods.
Understand that H-2B covers temporary positions
SavATree's sponsorship for customer service roles falls under the H-2B temporary nonimmigrant worker program, which requires your employer to demonstrate a seasonal or peak-load need to DOL before filing on your behalf.
Confirm your role is tied to a specific service season
H-2B sponsorship requires that the position be temporary in nature. When discussing the role with a recruiter, ask directly whether the customer service opening is season-specific, since that designation drives the entire DOL certification and USCIS filing process.
Search open roles using Migrate Mate to filter by sponsorship
Not every job board distinguishes which openings come with visa sponsorship attached. Use Migrate Mate to find SavATree customer service listings already filtered for sponsorship history, so you're applying to roles where the pathway is confirmed.
Prepare references who can speak to client-facing work
SavATree's hiring process for customer service roles emphasizes communication skills and service recovery experience. Line up references from previous employers who can specifically speak to how you handled difficult client situations or high call volumes.

Does SavATree sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
SavATree does not typically use the H-1B visa for customer service roles. H-1B sponsorship is reserved for specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field, and customer service positions generally do not meet that threshold. SavATree's sponsorship activity for this function centers on the H-2B temporary worker program instead.
What visa types does SavATree commonly use for Customer Service roles?
SavATree primarily sponsors H-2B visas for customer service positions. The H-2B program is designed for temporary, non-agricultural workers in industries with seasonal or peak-load demand, which fits the tree care and property services business cycle. Your employer must obtain DOL certification before USCIS can approve the petition, so the process involves two federal agencies.
What qualifications does SavATree expect for Customer Service positions?
SavATree looks for candidates with direct experience in client-facing roles, particularly those involving scheduling, inbound call handling, or service coordination. Familiarity with CRM or field service management software is a practical advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client concerns during busy service seasons are consistently emphasized in their postings.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at SavATree?
You can browse open customer service roles at SavATree through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by sponsorship eligibility so you can confirm visa support before applying. Once you identify a live opening, apply directly through SavATree's careers page and tailor your resume to highlight scheduling coordination and client communication experience relevant to property and tree care services.
How do I plan my timeline around the H-2B filing process at SavATree?
H-2B petitions involve DOL temporary labor certification before the USCIS filing, which adds weeks to the process. SavATree typically files well ahead of their seasonal start dates, so if you're targeting a spring season role, outreach and applications should happen in the fall or early winter. H-2B also has an annual cap, so timing your application early in the filing window matters.
