Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers building LangChain-based agentic AI systems.
- Own technical delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with architecture, quality, and timelines.

- Guide the team in designing agent workflows and decision logic.
