How to Get Visa Sponsorship in SkyRyse Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical and engineering roles first
SkyRyse's sponsorship activity is concentrated in specialized science and research functions. Focus your applications on roles in avionics, software, aerospace engineering, or systems research, where the company has an established pattern of supporting visa candidates through the hiring process.
Research SkyRyse's Green Card track record
SkyRyse has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions, which signals a willingness to invest in long-term immigration support. This is worth raising during interviews if permanent residency is part of your career plan, especially for senior technical roles.
Filter for verified sponsors when browsing open roles
Not every job listing confirms sponsorship willingness upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you the time of chasing companies that don't actually file petitions for candidates in your field.
Align your background with SkyRyse's research mission
SkyRyse operates at the intersection of aerospace engineering and autonomy research. Candidates who can connect their academic or professional background directly to flight systems, safety-critical software, or advanced sensing technology are best positioned to clear the specialty occupation bar for H-1B.
