ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
IF YOU ARE
- An experienced Solutions Architect with hands-on expertise in building large-scale SaaS platforms.
- Strong experience with Java ecosystem (Spring Boot, microservices architecture).
- Solid knowledge of front-end architecture, preferably with React.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices design.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design (data modeling, performance optimization).
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with system integration, API gateways, and service orchestration.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, scalability, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures.
- Experience defining architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Ability to create architecture and technical design documentation.
- Experience with architecture governance and technical decision-making.
- Strong experience with non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, security, observability, etc.).
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
- Experience of working closely with product owners, engineering managers, and stakeholders.
- Mentoring engineers and reviewing architectural decisions and designs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design proposals.
- Able to communicate fluently in English within a multicultural environment.

COMPENSATION
The anticipated salary range for this role is 160,000 – 200,000 USD annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
