Target roles that align with specialty occupation requirements
SpecialtyCare's consulting and professional services focus means most sponsored roles require a specific degree tied directly to the job. Prioritize positions where your field of study matches the role's technical requirements to strengthen your H-1B eligibility.
Understand which visa types SpecialtyCare actively supports
SpecialtyCare sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways. Knowing this upfront helps you identify which category fits your current status and frame your application around the right visa type from the start.
Pursue Green Card sponsorship conversations early
SpecialtyCare has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, ask about the company's permanent residency sponsorship policy during later interview stages, once you have an offer in hand.
Use OPT or CPT as a foot in the door
SpecialtyCare sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible for international students still on their student visa. Starting in a training-authorized role can build internal credibility and improve your chances of H-1B sponsorship down the line.
Research open roles that match your visa timeline
Sponsorship timelines in consulting vary by visa type and hiring urgency. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify SpecialtyCare openings that align with your current authorization window.
Demonstrate specialized expertise relevant to their service lines
SpecialtyCare operates in a specialized consulting space where niche technical or clinical knowledge is valued. Applicants who can articulate domain-specific expertise are better positioned to justify the specialty occupation threshold required for H-1B sponsorship.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SpecialtyCare sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, SpecialtyCare sponsors H-1B visas and has a consistent track record of doing so. The company operates in consulting and professional services, a sector where H-1B sponsorship is common for roles requiring specialized knowledge. If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship, focus on positions where your degree field directly aligns with the job's core responsibilities.
What visa types does SpecialtyCare sponsor?
SpecialtyCare sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, EB-2, and EB-3. This makes the company accessible to candidates at multiple stages, from international students on OPT to professionals seeking permanent residency. The breadth of visa support is relatively strong for a company of its size in the professional services sector.
Which departments or roles at SpecialtyCare are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at SpecialtyCare tends to concentrate in roles that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning positions requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field. In consulting and professional services environments, this typically includes clinical operations, healthcare management, technical consulting, and support functions that require specialized academic credentials.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at SpecialtyCare?
The most reliable approach is to search specifically for roles where SpecialtyCare has a verified sponsorship history. Migrate Mate tracks real employer sponsorship data, so you can browse SpecialtyCare's open positions knowing the company's track record is confirmed rather than self-reported. Filter by visa type to match openings to your current authorization status.
How do I time my application to SpecialtyCare around the H-1B cap?
If you need H-1B cap sponsorship, target a start date of October 1 and work backward. USCIS registration typically opens in March, so you'll want a job offer confirmed by February or early March at the latest. SpecialtyCare's active sponsorship history suggests familiarity with this timeline, but confirm their internal process during the offer stage to avoid delays.
