How to Get Visa Sponsorship in SquareTrade Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technology and data roles first
SquareTrade's sponsorship activity is concentrated in roles that blend insurance operations with technology. Software engineers, data scientists, and product managers working in insurtech are the most likely candidates to receive sponsorship support.
Understand SquareTrade's dual sponsorship track
SquareTrade sponsors both H-1B and Green Card petitions, meaning strong performers on a nonimmigrant visa have a realistic path to permanent residency. Prioritize employers with both tracks when evaluating long-term immigration stability.
Highlight insurance or warranty domain knowledge
SquareTrade operates at the intersection of insurance and consumer electronics. Candidates who can demonstrate familiarity with claims processing, warranty operations, or insurtech platforms will stand out in the hiring process.
Use verified sponsorship data to target your search
Not every SquareTrade job posting will mention visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find roles at SquareTrade where sponsorship has actually been provided.
TN visa holders should assess role fit carefully
SquareTrade sponsors TN visas for qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals. Confirm your target role maps to an approved TN profession category, such as engineer, computer systems analyst, or accountant, before applying.

Does SquareTrade sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, SquareTrade sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established pattern of filing H-1B petitions across technical and operational roles. Candidates in software engineering, data, and product functions are the most common recipients. If you're on F-1 OPT, early engagement with the recruiting team improves your chances of being included in the next H-1B cap filing cycle.
What visa types does SquareTrade sponsor?
SquareTrade sponsors H-1B nonimmigrant visas, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas for permanent residency, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. This range of supported visa categories makes SquareTrade a meaningful option for foreign nationals at multiple stages of their U.S. immigration journey.
Which roles or departments at SquareTrade are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at SquareTrade is most concentrated in roles that sit at the intersection of technology and insurance operations. Software engineers, data analysts, machine learning engineers, and product managers are the most frequently sponsored functions. Corporate functions such as finance and operations analytics may also offer sponsorship, though technical roles see the highest volume.
How do I find open jobs at SquareTrade that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find SquareTrade roles with confirmed sponsorship history. The platform filters job listings by verified sponsor track records, so you're not relying on a job description that may or may not mention immigration support. Search SquareTrade directly on Migrate Mate to see active openings and sponsorship details in one place.
How do I approach the SquareTrade application process as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Lead with your technical qualifications and domain knowledge before raising sponsorship in the hiring process. SquareTrade's recruiting team is familiar with immigration support, but candidates who demonstrate clear role fit first tend to move through the process more smoothly. Once you receive an offer, the legal and HR teams typically coordinate H-1B or Green Card filings through an outside immigration counsel.
