Understand which visas Steuben Foods actually files
Steuben Foods has sponsored both H-1B and Green Card pathways, which matters if you're planning long-term. Knowing which visa types a company files helps you gauge whether your situation is a realistic fit before you invest time in applying.
Leverage OPT and CPT as a foot in the door
Steuben Foods has sponsored F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible for international students in food science, engineering, or operations. An OPT placement is one of the most reliable paths to full H-1B sponsorship at manufacturing companies like this.
Research the company's aseptic and dairy production needs
