Frame your experience in CTV metrics
Tatari's Business Development team sells connected TV measurement and planning tools. Before applying, reframe your resume around campaign attribution, streaming ad inventory, or performance media outcomes rather than general sales accomplishments.
Target roles with specialty occupation documentation
EB-2 and EB-3 petitions require your role to meet USCIS specialty occupation standards. For Business Development at an ad tech firm, positions tied to data-driven media strategy or programmatic partnerships are more defensible than generalist sales titles.
Time your application around Tatari's hiring cycles
Ad tech companies like Tatari typically expand Business Development headcount ahead of the upfront and scatter TV buying seasons. Applying in Q1 or Q3 aligns your candidacy with periods when new pipeline coverage is most urgent.
Clarify sponsorship scope before final negotiations
Tatari sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 green card categories, which involve PERM labor certification filed through DOL. Confirm early whether the offer covers PERM costs and legal fees, since green card timelines for Business Development roles can span several years.
Build credibility through ad tech network referrals
Tatari's Business Development hires often come through industry referrals within the CTV and programmatic advertising ecosystem. Connections from DSPs, agencies, or streaming publishers carry more weight than cold applications for senior-level sponsorship-eligible roles.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring employers
Identifying which Business Development openings at Tatari are actively open to international candidates takes real data. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsorship history for Marketing and Advertising employers, so you can prioritize roles where sponsorship is already established.

Find Business Development at Tatari JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Tatari sponsor H-1B visas for Business Developments?
Tatari's documented sponsorship activity for Business Development roles is concentrated in the EB-2 and EB-3 green card categories rather than H-1B nonimmigrant visas. If you're currently on an H-1B through another employer, a transfer is possible, but you should confirm Tatari's willingness to sponsor H-1B extensions or transfers directly with their HR team during the offer stage.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Development roles at Tatari?
Tatari has sponsored Business Development employees through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, both of which require a PERM labor certification filed with DOL before the petition reaches USCIS. EB-2 is typically used for roles requiring advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers positions requiring at least a bachelor's degree and professional experience in ad tech or media sales.
What qualifications are expected for Business Development roles at Tatari?
Tatari's Business Development positions generally require demonstrated experience in media sales, ad tech, or connected TV partnerships. Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, streaming ecosystem dynamics, and data-driven campaign measurement is consistently valued. For sponsorship-eligible roles, your background needs to support a specialty occupation argument to USCIS, which typically means a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
How do I apply for Business Development jobs at Tatari?
Applications go through Tatari's careers page, where Business Development roles are listed under their go-to-market or revenue teams. To maximize your chances as an international candidate, signal your sponsorship needs clearly in any recruiter screening. You can also browse verified open roles at Tatari with sponsorship history through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for employers with an established record of sponsoring Business Development positions.
How do I plan my timeline around a green card petition at Tatari?
Green card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves three stages: PERM labor certification through DOL, an I-140 petition filed with USCIS, and either adjustment of status or consular processing. PERM alone can take six months to over a year. If your priority date falls in a backlogged country category, the full process can extend significantly, so start the conversation with Tatari's HR team as early in the offer process as possible.
