Align your credentials with LCA-approved roles
TD Securities files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL before sponsoring any visa. Research publicly available LCA disclosure data to confirm that Program Associate roles at TD Securities have an active sponsorship pattern, so you can frame your application accordingly.
Tailor your background to rotational program expectations
Program Associate roles at TD Securities often feed into structured rotational tracks across equities, fixed income, and investment banking. Highlight any exposure to multiple asset classes or cross-functional finance work so your profile matches the breadth the role demands.
Target your application during campus recruiting cycles
TD Securities runs structured associate hiring through on-campus recruiting pipelines, typically anchored to fall recruitment. Applying through those channels, rather than general postings, puts you in the cohort most likely to receive a sponsored offer with defined start dates.
Prepare PERM documentation proactively for long-term pathways
For candidates targeting an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card through TD Securities, the PERM labor certification process requires your employer to document your qualifications against the role requirements. Keeping verified copies of your degrees and employment history organized speeds that process significantly.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Program Associate roles
Program Associate openings with confirmed visa sponsorship are not always easy to identify from standard job boards. Use Migrate Mate to browse TD Securities' current Program Associate postings filtered specifically for H-1B and E-3 sponsorship, so you apply to the right openings.

Find Program Associate at TD Securities JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does TD Securities sponsor H-1B visas for Program Associates?
Yes, TD Securities sponsors H-1B visas for Program Associate roles. The H-1B requires your position to qualify as a specialty occupation, which Program Associate roles in investment banking and securities typically meet given the degree requirements in finance, economics, or a related field. Because H-1B is subject to an annual lottery, timing your offer relative to the April filing window matters for your start date planning.
How do I apply for Program Associate jobs at TD Securities?
TD Securities recruits Program Associates through both campus recruiting cycles and direct applications on their careers site. For international candidates who need visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate lists TD Securities' open Program Associate positions with sponsorship filters applied, so you can identify relevant roles without sorting through postings that don't support your visa status. Applying through structured recruiting pipelines generally produces faster sponsorship decisions than ad hoc postings.
Which visa types does TD Securities commonly use for Program Associates?
TD Securities sponsors H-1B, E-3, and employer-sponsored Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Program Associates. Australian citizens are well positioned to pursue the E-3, which bypasses the H-1B lottery and allows year-round filings with no cap. Candidates from other countries typically enter through H-1B and may transition to a Green Card after establishing tenure in the role.
What qualifications does TD Securities expect for Program Associates?
Program Associate roles at TD Securities generally require a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative field. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with capital markets products are expected. Candidates with internship or rotational experience in securities, fixed income, or institutional banking have a measurable advantage, since the role is designed to build expertise across TD Securities' core business lines.
How do I time my application to avoid gaps in work authorization?
If you're on OPT or a current H-1B, timing your Program Associate application at TD Securities around USCIS processing windows is critical. H-1B transfers can be filed with a receipt notice, allowing you to start before approval. For new H-1B petitions, the cap-subject filing window opens April 1 for an October 1 start date. Building six to eight weeks of buffer into your offer negotiation avoids unauthorized gaps.
