Frame your deliverables in client outcomes
Tiger Analytics evaluates Professional Services Consultants on their ability to translate analytics into business impact. When building your portfolio, document specific client problems you solved, not just technical methods used. Engagement-led examples outperform tool-focused ones in screening.
Align your degree to the posted role
H-1B specialty occupation approval requires a direct connection between your degree field and the consulting role. For analytics-heavy positions, degrees in statistics, computer science, or information systems carry the clearest line. A mismatch here creates USCIS review risk before a petition even reaches adjudication.
Target open requisitions before networking outreach
Tiger Analytics posts Professional Services Consultant roles tied to active client engagements, which means hiring timelines can move quickly. Search Migrate Mate to identify current openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're applying to live roles, not stale listings.
Clarify CPT or OPT authorization early in interviews
If you're on F-1 status, confirm whether your CPT or OPT start date aligns with Tiger Analytics' project ramp-up schedule. Consultancies often need you billable within weeks of an offer. Misaligned authorization windows are a common reason offers stall after verbal agreement.
Understand the Labor Condition Application timing
Before your employer can file an H-1B petition, DOL must certify an LCA confirming the offered wage meets prevailing levels for your role and work location. For consulting roles with multi-client travel, the LCA must list the appropriate worksite, which affects both approval risk and timeline.
Ask specifically about PERM during offer negotiations
Tiger Analytics sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, but PERM recruitment requirements mean the process can't begin until after you're hired and settled in the role. Confirm during the offer stage whether the company initiates PERM for Professional Services Consultants and what tenure they typically require first.

Find Professional Services Consultant at Tiger Analytics JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Tiger Analytics sponsor H-1B visas for Professional Services Consultants?
Yes. Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B visas for Professional Services Consultant roles. Because consulting positions frequently involve client-site work, the employer must file an H-1B with worksite details that reflect where you'll actually be deployed. Confirm during the offer process how Tiger Analytics handles LCA compliance for traveling consultants, since work location affects the petition structure.
How do I apply for Professional Services Consultant jobs at Tiger Analytics?
You can browse and apply for Professional Services Consultant openings at Tiger Analytics directly through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. Tiger Analytics typically requires a resume aligned to analytics consulting, along with documentation of your current work authorization status. Applying to active requisitions tied to live engagements tends to move faster than general interest submissions.
Which visa types does Tiger Analytics commonly use for Professional Services Consultants?
Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for Professional Services Consultants, along with EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories for long-term employees pursuing permanent residency. TN visas apply specifically to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship.
What qualifications does Tiger Analytics expect for Professional Services Consultant roles?
Tiger Analytics typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as statistics, computer science, or engineering, combined with hands-on experience in data analytics or client-facing consulting. Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, or Tableau is common for this function. For H-1B sponsorship, your degree must directly correspond to the specialty occupation duties in the job description.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Professional Services Consultant offer?
Timeline depends on your current status. F-1 OPT can be activated relatively quickly if you have remaining authorization. H-1B transfers for candidates already on H-1B status can allow you to start before USCIS approval under portability rules. New H-1B cap-subject petitions are lottery-based and filed in April for an October 1 start date, meaning you may need to bridge on OPT if you're a recent graduate. USCIS premium processing reduces adjudication to 15 business days for cap-exempt or transfer cases.
