DIGITAL CONTENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE WANTED
Role: Sr Coord | Brand & Creator Partnerships
Location: remote
Salary: $50–70K/year + comprehensive benefits
The Role
We're looking for a Digital Content Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of TubeScience's digital content initiatives. This is an operations and systems role for someone who excels at building workflows, managing tooling across teams, and turning coordination chaos into repeatable process. You'll be the connective tissue between Brand Management, Creator Partnerships, Strategy, Production and Growth — building and maintaining the project infrastructure that ensures the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You'll own the tooling layer: standing up systems, designing workflows, maintaining project boards, and making sure every team touching digital content is operating from the same source of truth.
This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about building the machine, not just running it — someone who sees a gap in how teams hand off work and immediately starts thinking about what tool, what automation, what process fills it.
-
Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems across casting, digital brands, and creator initiatives
-
Own the tooling stack for digital content operations — evaluating, configuring, and optimizing platforms like Monday, Airtable, or similar to fit evolving team needs
-
Design cross-functional handoff processes between Creative, Growth, Brand Management, and Creator Partnerships to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce miscommunication
-
Create and maintain dashboards and trackers that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into project status, team capacity, and pipeline health
-
Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks so that institutional knowledge lives in systems, not in people's heads
-
Identify process inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement improvements
Who You Are
-
3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments
-
Systems thinker — you see the whole picture and know how to organize complexity into clarity
-
Data-fluent — comfortable building dashboards, running reports, and translating numbers into recommendations
-
Master coordinator — you've successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
-
Proactive problem-solver — you anticipate issues before they escalate and always have a plan B
-
Clear communicator — you can translate operational realities into language that makes sense for creative and strategic teams
-
Tool-savvy — experience with project management platforms, analytics tools, and building workflows in systems like Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar
-
Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a new function at TubeScience. You'll be building the plane while flying it
-
Remote-friendly — strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation
✨ Nice to Have
-
Background in production operations or creative project management
-
Comfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows
-
Experience with forward capacity planning or demand forecasting by content type, vertical, or team
-
Experience supporting casting, talent coordination, or creator operations
-
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution
-
SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

Does TubeScience sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, TubeScience sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in consulting and professional services and has a history of supporting H-1B petitions for specialized roles. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every open position, so it's worth confirming with their recruiting team early in the process whether a specific role is eligible.
Which roles at TubeScience are most likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at TubeScience is most common for positions that meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Roles in data science, software engineering, performance analytics, and media strategy are most likely to qualify. Generalist or operations roles are less likely to be sponsored.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at TubeScience?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find sponsored roles at TubeScience and similar companies. You can filter by visa type, industry, and sponsorship history to surface positions that are realistically open to H-1B candidates. What is the H-1B application timeline if I get an offer from TubeScience?
If you receive an offer from TubeScience, the H-1B process typically begins with a Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor, followed by the H-1B petition to USCIS. For cap-subject petitions, the lottery runs in March with an October 1 start date. If you're transferring from another H-1B, work can begin sooner. Plan for several months of processing time at minimum.
How do I strengthen my application for a sponsored role at TubeScience?
TubeScience values candidates who combine analytical ability with creative judgment. Before applying, tailor your resume to reflect measurable outcomes, ad performance improvements, audience growth, or data-driven creative decisions.
