Translate your credentials into U.S. supply chain language
Retail logistics roles at Ulta involve distribution center operations, replenishment cycles, and omnichannel fulfillment. Frame your resume around those specifics, not generic supply chain terms, so hiring managers immediately see a fit before sponsorship even comes up.
Target Ulta's distribution center postings directly
Ulta's logistics hiring is concentrated around its distribution network, not corporate headquarters. Search for roles tied to specific DC locations, where operational headcount needs are highest and sponsorship decisions get made closer to the hiring manager, not just HR.
Understand how PERM affects your Logistics timeline
Green Card sponsorship through PERM requires Ulta to conduct a supervised labor market test before DOL filing. For Logistics roles, that process can take 12 to 18 months after an offer, so align your current visa status runway accordingly before accepting.
Find open Logistics roles at Ulta using Migrate Mate
Logistics openings at Ulta span multiple job families and locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Ulta Logistics positions where visa sponsorship is confirmed, so you're not wasting applications on roles that won't support your immigration pathway.
Verify Ulta's E-Verify enrollment before signing an offer
Ulta participates in E-Verify, which is required for F-1 OPT STEM extension authorization. Confirm this is documented in your offer letter or employment agreement, since E-Verify enrollment is a USCIS requirement to activate the 24-month STEM extension period.

Find Logistics at Ulta JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Ulta sponsor H-1B visas for Logistics roles?
Ulta's visa sponsorship for Logistics roles is primarily focused on EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN pathways rather than H-1B. Logistics positions often require operational experience that aligns more naturally with those categories. If you're pursuing an H-1B, discuss the specific role requirements with a qualified immigration attorney to assess whether a specialty occupation argument applies.
How do I apply for Logistics jobs at Ulta?
Applications go through Ulta's careers portal, where Logistics roles are listed by location and function. Roles span distribution operations, inventory control, and supply chain planning. To find positions where visa sponsorship is actively supported, Migrate Mate filters Ulta's open Logistics postings by sponsorship track record, helping you prioritize the right applications from the start.
Which visa types does Ulta commonly use for Logistics hires?
Ulta has sponsored Logistics candidates through F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, EB-2, and EB-3 pathways. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates entering distribution or supply chain analyst roles. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. EB-2 and EB-3 represent longer-term Green Card pathways for candidates Ulta wants to retain permanently.
What qualifications does Ulta look for in sponsored Logistics candidates?
Ulta typically looks for candidates with backgrounds in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations, or business with a logistics concentration. For Green Card-sponsored roles, your degree field needs to align directly with the position under PERM labor market test requirements. Hands-on experience with WMS platforms, distribution center operations, or retail replenishment cycles strengthens your profile significantly.
How do I plan my timeline for visa sponsorship through a Logistics role at Ulta?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your 12-month work authorization window starts your clock. STEM extension adds 24 months if Ulta is E-Verify enrolled, which it is. Green Card filing through EB-2 or EB-3 requires PERM completion first, typically adding 12 to 18 months before USCIS petition filing. Map your current status expiration date against those milestones before you accept any offer.
