Frame your credentials around insurance client outcomes
USI evaluates Customer Success candidates on measurable retention and growth results. Before applying, document specific client portfolios you managed, renewal rates you influenced, or service improvements you led, so your resume speaks directly to insurance account management expectations.
Target USI's regional offices with open roles
USI operates through a distributed branch model, and sponsorship decisions often sit at the regional level. Search open Customer Success Professional postings by location to identify which offices are actively hiring, then prioritize branches with recent posting activity over national-level applications.
Confirm your visa type fits USI's sponsored categories
USI has sponsored E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and J-1 visas for this function. If you're on an H-1B or need cap-subject sponsorship, clarify that directly during the recruiter screen, since not all insurance employers file H-1B petitions for client-facing roles.
Ask about OPT timing before accepting an offer
If you're on F-1 OPT, your 12-month clock starts at employment, not offer acceptance. Confirm USI's expected start date against your OPT end date and whether they'll initiate STEM OPT extension paperwork through E-Verify before your standard authorization expires.
Use Migrate Mate to filter USI sponsorship history by role
Sponsorship patterns vary by job function even within one company. Filter USI Insurance Services Customer Success Professional listings on Migrate Mate to see which visa types align with this specific role, so you apply to the right openings rather than guessing from the company's general profile.
Align your TN documentation to the correct NAFTA category
Canadian and Mexican nationals applying via TN must map the Customer Success Professional role to a qualifying NAFTA occupation, typically Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst. Work with your hiring contact at USI to confirm the job description supports that classification before crossing the border.

Find Customer Success Professional at USI Insurance Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does USI Insurance Services sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Professionals?
USI Insurance Services' documented sponsorship history for Customer Success Professionals is concentrated in E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, and J-1 categories rather than H-1B. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, raise it explicitly with the recruiter early in the process, as cap-subject H-1B filings are less common for client-facing insurance roles across the industry.
How do I apply for Customer Success Professional jobs at USI Insurance Services?
Apply directly through USI's careers page, filtering by Customer Success or Account Management roles in your preferred region. Before applying, verify the posting is still active and note whether visa sponsorship is mentioned. You can also browse current Customer Success Professional openings at USI with sponsorship context on Migrate Mate, which surfaces relevant roles alongside sponsorship history for the company.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Success Professional roles at USI Insurance Services?
The visa types most associated with Customer Success Professional sponsorship at USI Insurance Services include E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), F-1 OPT and STEM OPT (for recent graduates), and J-1 for qualifying exchange visitors. Each carries different employer obligations, so clarify which category applies to your situation before the offer stage.
What qualifications does USI Insurance Services expect for Customer Success Professionals?
USI typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field, combined with experience in client relationship management or account servicing. Familiarity with commercial insurance products, CRM platforms, and client retention strategies strengthens your candidacy. Roles focused on broker or carrier relationships may also require state insurance licensing, which varies by location.
How do I time my visa sponsorship process when targeting a Customer Success role at USI?
Timeline depends on your visa category. E-3 and TN visas can move quickly, often within four to eight weeks from offer to approval when the employer has supporting documents ready. F-1 OPT extensions require USCIS processing of up to five months, so your employer needs to file well before your current authorization expires. Confirm USI's internal HR process for sponsorship paperwork at the offer stage, not after you accept.
