Frame Your Life Sciences SaaS Experience Precisely
Veeva hires Customer Success Directors with direct experience in life sciences software, not general enterprise SaaS. Tailor your resume to highlight clients in pharma, biotech, or MedTech and outcomes tied to platform adoption or renewal rates.
Identify Open Roles by Veeva Product Line
Veeva Customer Success roles are often tied to specific product lines like Vault or CRM. Search open positions by product area to target postings where your domain knowledge aligns, which strengthens both your application and the specialty occupation case for your visa.
Align Your Degree Field to the Role Description
For H-1B specialty occupation approval, your degree should connect to the Customer Success Director function, such as business, computer science, or life sciences. If your degree is in an adjacent field, document how your coursework directly supports enterprise software client management.
Negotiate Offer Timing Around H-1B Cap Deadlines
If you need a new H-1B and are not currently on one, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. If Veeva extends an offer outside that window, discuss whether a cap-exempt status or a delayed start date is feasible with their immigration team.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Verified Sponsorship Roles
Search Migrate Mate to browse Customer Success Director openings at Veeva Systems filtered by the visa types you need. This helps you target roles where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than spending time on positions that may not support your status.

Find Customer Success Director at Veeva Systems JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Veeva Systems sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success Directors?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Success Directors. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation given its requirements around enterprise software, life sciences domain knowledge, and the degree-level credentials Veeva expects. Your degree field should reasonably connect to the responsibilities outlined in the job description to support the petition.
Which visa types does Veeva Systems commonly use for Customer Success Director roles?
Veeva sponsors several visa types for this function, including H-1B, H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and Green Card pathways through EB-2 or EB-3 classifications. Candidates currently on F-1 OPT or CPT can also be considered, depending on their program dates and the role's start timeline.
What qualifications does Veeva Systems expect for Customer Success Director positions?
Veeva typically looks for candidates with experience managing enterprise accounts in life sciences software or a closely adjacent vertical. A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, life sciences, or a related field is standard. Strong indicators of success in this role include measurable retention or expansion outcomes, executive-level stakeholder management, and familiarity with Veeva's product ecosystem or comparable platforms.
How do I apply for Customer Success Director jobs at Veeva Systems?
You can find and apply for Customer Success Director openings at Veeva Systems directly through their careers site or by browsing verified listings on Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When applying, emphasize your life sciences SaaS background and any direct experience with Veeva products, as Veeva tends to move faster with candidates who already understand the platform.
How do I plan my timeline when pursuing a sponsored Customer Success Director role at Veeva?
Timeline depends heavily on which visa applies to your situation. H-1B cap-subject cases require USCIS registration in March, with employment starting no earlier than October 1. TN and H-1B1 visas can typically be processed faster and are not subject to the annual cap. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your remaining authorized period before accepting an offer so Veeva's immigration team can file before your work authorization expires.
