Position Summary
This is a Distribution position with demonstrated ability to perform multiple operations within a general warehouse environment. This also includes entry level sequencing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates material handling equipment
- Unloads, stages, labels, and puts inbound product away
- Picks, stages, labels and loads outbound orders
- Assists with inventory activities within the distribution center
- Performs product sequencing
- Performs general housekeeping activities
- Verifies shipping and/or receiving accuracy utilizing current system
- Assists management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
- Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
- Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
- Supports health and safety policies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Degree Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Certification Requirements:
Forklift Certified
Previous Experience:
Two years equivalent experience required
Travel Requirements:
Infrequent
On-Call Requirements:
N/A
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
