SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Clinical Compliance Specialist to
- Conduct systematic monitoring activities on a scheduled and unscheduled basis, summarize findings, generate reports for key personnel to reference.
- Conduct timely and thorough clinical reviews in response to Health Plan inquiries
- Provide ongoing monitoring, tracking, and trending of various quality improvement or compliance indicators.
- Facilitate professional trainings such as Clinical Documentation, Risk Management, Incident Reporting, Infection Control, Electronic Health Records, and other essential topics.
Pay:
- Up to $60,000/year, depending on experience
Where will you work?:
This role has the opportunity to work remotely, but will travel to SAGE offices in the Maricopa Co. area as needed. Must reside in Arizona.
When will you work?:
This role is primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, but has flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed. This is a full-time, salaried position.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
- Previous clinical work experience preferred.
- Previous Quality Improvement or Compliance experience in a behavioral health field preferred.
- Quality Improvement or Compliance certification (CPHQ, CHC, or similar) preferred but not required.
