Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job description:
Family-owned personal injury law firm seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our close-knit team in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on personal injury litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation. An active license with the State Bar of Arizona in good standing is required. Starting salary is $115,000 per year and depends on experience. Spanish bilingual is not required but is preferred.
We’re looking for an attorney who values precision, initiative, and teamwork, and who consistently delivers work of the highest standard. The right candidate can manage a litigation caseload on their own, works closely with our case management team, and wants to grow within a family-style firm that cares for its clients, not just case numbers. This is an in-office position (Monday–Friday) with opportunities to take part in firm and community events.
