We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our office and be an integral part of the team. For this job listing, experience in immigration law is required. However, we are interviewing those will any level of experience in immigration law.

We are a small firm of two attorneys and looking to add a third. We have four paralegals and a receptionist. Your caseload will primarily be removal proceedings both in the detained and non-detained setting, and then some USCIS cases. We welcome those with experience in immigration litigation and administrative immigration.

Compensation will be determined by your capabilities and level of experience, but the range is $105,000 to $160,000. The bottom range of the salary is for those with 2 years or more of experience in immigration and the top range of the salary would be someone with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in any of the United States (Arizona preferred).
• Be in good standing with any applicable Bar Associations.
• Spanish fluency is required for you to communicate with the majority of our clients. The owner and all staff are fluent in Spanish.

Role and Duties:

• All our clients are happy, we pride ourselves on this as it makes for a very peaceful work environment. Therefore, you will need to continue to provide kind and caring service.
• You will communicate often with clients always keeping them informed. Following up with the clients as necessary.
• You will need to effectively manage your caseload. We have software and processes in place to help you be organized.

• The expectation is that you work 40 hours a week. However, family is important and we can be flexible and support each other when the need arises.
• The position is an on-site job. You will have your own assigned office.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
