Job Overview
As a Construction Manager Supervisor, you’ll lead horizontal directional drilling teams delivering utility installation projects. You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets, contracts, construction plans, and site activities while keeping work aligned with project requirements and construction regulations. Your impact: By coordinating safe, compliant, and timely project execution, you help clients and project teams move critical construction work forward.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction teams and coordinate project activities across sites, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, cost controls, estimates, budgets, contracts, and schedule updates.
- Review construction plans, track progress, and resolve coordination issues that affect delivery.
- Support construction regulatory compliance and maintain clear project documentation.
- Use construction management and project management software to organize schedules, costs, plans, and records.
Experience
- Underground utility installation.
- Installing conduit, innerduct, and fiber optic cable.
- Operating mini excavators, skid steers, and trenchers.
- Horizontal directional drilling (HDD).
- Understanding underground utility locates (811).
- Reading construction plans and blueprints.
- Trenching, boring, and backfilling.
- Fiber optic pulling and placement.
- OSHA safety training.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay: $1,500.00 per week
