Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our electronics production team. No previous electronics manufacturing experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a flexible work schedule. No regular weekend work.

What We Offer

• $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and skills
• Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start and end times
• 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO)
• Paid year-end holiday shutdown from December 24 through January 2, in addition to PTO
• Up to 10% annual profit sharing, based on company performance and eligibility
• On-the-job training — previous electronics manufacturing experience is not required

As an Entry-Level Electronics Production Technician, you will help manufacture electronic products from circuit board assembly through final product assembly. Depending on your skills and interests, you may work in areas such as PCB assembly, hand insertion, soldering, inspection, testing, material preparation, or final assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions
• Install components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform basic hand soldering after training
• Use common hand tools and production equipment
• Assemble finished electronic products and enclosures
• Inspect your work for correct components, orientation, workmanship, and overall quality
• Follow established production procedures and quality requirements
• Learn to read assembly drawings, bills of materials, and other production documentation
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Work with other members of the production team to meet daily production needs
• Identify problems or defects and bring them to the appropriate team member
• Learn additional production processes and equipment as skills develop

Qualifications

Previous electronics experience is not required.

Experience with electronics, soldering, PCB assembly, mechanical assembly, wiring, manufacturing, 3D printing, computers, automotive work, or other hands-on technical hobbies is helpful, but not required.
