Requirements for this Position

• Entry to mid-level 0 to 10 years’ experience
• Minimum B.S. in Civil, Environmental or Geological Engineering
• Passed F.E. exam or P.E. license in Missouri or ability to obtain future licensure
• Time management skills and ability to change priorities, managing multiple projects
• Education, interest and/or experience in broad civil or environmental engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical writing skills
• Work in the office required with occasional opportunities for remote work
• Some overnight travel is required
• Position requires periodic travel in MO/KS, field time (e.g., drilling and groundwater sampling), and physical activity

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and walk on uneven terrain

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.

Duties for this Position

• Depending on experience, responsibilities will include performing analysis and design, report writing, assisting with permit applications, and construction documentation.
• Will work on a variety of water resources, wastewater, waste management, site development and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and technical skills for site development, hydraulics, soil mechanics, hydrology, development of plans/specs, construction methods, and cost estimating required.
• Experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
