As a Strategy& AWM Consulting Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will analyze client needs and provide consulting services across different strategic areas, offering guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, playing an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to provide strategic insights
- Developing and implementing effective strategies that align with client business objectives
- Leading teams in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing operations
- Guiding clients in enhancing overall business performance through strategic recommendations
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing business analysis and strategic planning skills to drive business transformation
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

- Preference for a Masters Degree /MBA
- Prior Financial Services industry experience, including Asset & Wealth Management
- Excelling in business strategy and transformation
- Demonstrating proficiency in strategic management and planning
- Utilizing analytical thinking for competitive analysis

- Developing skills in profitability management and customer insight
- Mentoring teams in business process improvement and consulting
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
