THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
As a Training Content Designer, you'll be the creative force behind engaging learning experiences that empower our Operations and Customer Service teams. You'll partner with subject matter experts and the Training Content team to design and develop online learning modules and web-based training sessions that stick.
Using your expertise in instructional design and multimedia development, you'll craft compelling content that combines text, images, video, and audio to educate and inspire our employees and stakeholders. This is your chance to make a real impact on how FanDuel's teams learn, grow, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
Content Development:
- Design, develop, and convert courses into engaging online asynchronous eLearning experiences
- Create participant guides, instructor manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids for classroom and virtual instructor-led sessions
- Develop all multimedia assets needed to bring learning to life
- Maintain and update existing eLearning courses to keep content fresh and relevant
Collaboration & Design:
- Partner with trainers and managers to adapt content for blended learning formats
- Work closely with subject matter experts throughout the course development lifecycle
- Gather and integrate stakeholder feedback into course iterations
- Collaborate with client personnel to collect information and complete modules
Brand & Quality:
- Incorporate FanDuel brand visuals and multimedia elements that align with our corporate identity
- Proof courses at multiple stages of development and document required changes
Project Management:
- Define project schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Track project tasks, status, and communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders
- Meet deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience developing with asynchronous tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodology and adult learning principles
- Expertise in e-learning and SCORM packages
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into engaging learning experiences
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to delivering quality content that makes an impact

Salary Range:
The applicable salary range for this position is $79,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
