About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. This role requires strong OR experience with orthopedic and neuro operating room experience, along with the ability to support circulating and/or scrub responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the operating room setting for surgical patients
- Support OR circulating and/or scrub responsibilities based on unit needs
- Assist with orthopedic and neuro surgical cases
- Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and accurate surgical documentation
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical techs, and the perioperative care team
Requirements
- Active Nebraska Registered Nurse License Required
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
- Orthopedic OR and Neuro OR experience required
- ACLS And BLS/BCLS Certifications Required
- Must be available for 4x10 shifts, weekday call, weekend call, holiday coverage, and EPIC documentation
