About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week night-shift contract opportunity in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role supports the nursing float pool and requires strong Med Surg experience, telemetry knowledge, travel experience, and flexibility to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for Med Surg and telemetry patients during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
- Support patients with Med Surg ratios and acuity while maintaining safe care standards
- Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Float to Concord Hospital-Franklin as requested based on facility needs
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Or Compact Registered Nurse License Required
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg or Med Surg Telemetry experience required
- BLS Certification Required; NIHSS Certification Required Prior To Start; ACLS Certification Preferred
- Cerner experience preferred; dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding
- Travel experience, skills checklist, driver's license, NURSYS report, all active RN license verifications, and RTO required at submission
