We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) to join our team and provide services in our Coral Gables office and through telehealth, as appropriate.
This is an opportunity for a developing clinician to build clinical experience, strengthen therapeutic skills, and grow within a supportive group practice.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern status.
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from a qualifying program.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Willingness to obtain an AHCA Level II Background Screening.
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining timely clinical documentation.
- Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services.
- Goal of building and maintaining an active caseload of approximately 20 clients, depending on availability and practice needs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and receptive to supervision, feedback, and professional development.
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with Florida laws and regulations governing registered interns.
