Throughout this process, a significant amount of data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis—particularly related to creators, agencies, and merchants—forms the foundation of strategic planning and project execution. We are looking for a data intern to support the team with high-frequency, detail-oriented, and repetitive data and operational tasks, aiming to improve overall project efficiency. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandising in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.

- Assist in conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
- Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Statistics, Information Management, Communications, E-commerce, or Marketing are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis.

- Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75 - $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
