What makes You an ideal candidate? Proven track record in commercial lending with emphasis in automotive commercial financing. Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit underwriting. Knowledge and understanding of automotive dealership operations. Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Access knowledge preferred. Detailed oriented and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Team player with strong leadership and motivational skills. Strong customer services skills. Excellent analytical and project management skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management. High energy and fast paced office subject to stressful conditions. Some travel will be necessary. Work schedule will include some nights, weekends, or holidays. Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment: Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work. Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias. Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights. Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation. Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection .
