This position reports to:
Customer Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
- Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
- Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- The ideal candidate should have at least a basic knowledge of 2 of the following principles and should be able to elaborate on the concepts: 5S, 8D Reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.
- Great communication skills and diplomacy to deal with our customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $68,600 and $109,760 annually.
