Focus your search on Baltimore's dominant hiring sectors: health systems, federal agencies and their contractors, and financial services firms concentrated in Harbor East and downtown. Candidates who demonstrate experience with healthcare data standards or government reporting frameworks stand out locally. Building connections through Baltimore tech and analytics meetups and targeting mid-size health-tech firms in the BioPark corridor also gives you a practical edge in this market.
