Who we are looking for
The VP, Finance Manager will report to the MD, FP&A Centralized Reporting & Insights Center and play a critical role in driving transformation across FP&A. This leader will partner with senior stakeholders to identify and execute process improvements across financial reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision support.
The processes in scope will include investment portfolio management and business unit reorganizations along with core financial reporting, financial analysis and insight development, forecasting, long range/strategic planning, and strategic decision support.

In this role, you will help modernize finance through scalable processes, advanced analytics, and technology enablement—ensuring the organization can respond effectively to market dynamics and business priorities.
This VP position is a key role in FP&A with a focus on leading process improvement transformation within FP&A capabilities. Purpose and critical business goals of role include:
Lead process improvements within larger FP&A team aimed at developing actionable plans over time to drive widespread adoption and use of automated tools/processes, AI, and technology to drive efficiency and improve capabilities.
Focus on implementing best practices to develop and build upon core activities.
“One Team” – partner across cross functional groups to drive improvements across financial and management reporting, forecasting and analysis processes.
Buy-in from business partners of standardizing processes associated with delivering core FP&A deliverables.
What you will be responsible for
Transformation & Process Improvement
Lead initiatives to deliver automation and process improvements (including utilization of AI and other advanced tools)
Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across FP&A
Collaboration & Leadership
Build relationships across global teams and COEs
Lead and collaborate with geographically dispersed/offshore teams
Delivery Excellence
Over-see timely delivery of all agreed core deliverables to high quality standard
Partner with others to address and execute ad hoc requests & reporting, actionable intelligence, planning and forecasting
Strategic Partnership
Responsible for seamless information flow with other COEs
Manage and build key relationships, understanding business requirements and appreciating diverse perspectives to deliver work at a high level of quality

Proficiency with analyzing financials, modeling new scenarios, and making judgment calls on assumptions.

Strong communication skills at all levels, including an ability to simplify the message for a senior audience while also getting into the details as needed.
Proven and successful track record of implementing key financial and business priorities.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Forward thinking, innovative leader who has experience working in a finance and accounting organization, particularly in a business unit Finance leadership role
Analytical capabilities and track record of transforming processes
Broad Finance leadership experience with 7+ years of experience.
Financial Services experience is helpful however all cross-industry leaders are welcome
Experience with management of geographically dispersed Finance teams
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
