Job Summary

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Essential Functions

• Collect, clean, and transform large and complex data sets from various sources for analysis.

• Partner with aligned senior leaders to determine and plan for data analytics/reporting needs of a business unit or functional area(s).

• Mentor and train other data analysts.

• Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data and provide explanations or recommendations based on findings.

• Create clear, concise, and visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.

• Present complex data and analytical findings in a meaningful and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Performs comprehensive quality assurance, ensuring that data and reports meet end-user specifications and are accurate and reliable.

Education Bachelor's Degree Analysis required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in data analysis 5-7 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to communicate complex workflows and data to a variety of audiences. - Project management skills and/or experience are a plus. - Knowledge and application of statistical analyses including variance analysis and statistical significant preferred. - Healthcare knowledge, particularly as it pertains to electronic medical record data, is preferred but not required.
