- Assist in MOP creation, reviewing, approving, and oversight
- Plan, design, and implement power, cooling, and infrastructure projects
- Provide technical expertise for corrective and preventive maintenance
- Participate in an on-call rotation as the escalation point for medium/high severity events and incidents
- Conduct site surveys, load verifications, and walk-throughs to support designs
- Review BMS/EPMS data for capacity and performance assessments
- Support small to medium infrastructure and maintenance projects
- Provide engineering guidance to technician teams for day-to-day operations

About You:
- 4-year degree of equivalent experience
- 4+ years of data center or mission critical experience
- Understanding of generators, switchgear, chillers, fire systems, CRAH, PDU, RPP, UPS systems,
- Proficient in reading/understanding MEP building prints, onelines, and sequence of operations
- Familiar with Osha 10/30, NFPA 70E, ASHRAE
- Strong MOP/SOP/EOP creation, oversight, and approval experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Moderate to advanced PC Skills
- Ability to alter shift to accommodate maintenance or shift coverage
- Ability to access all areas of the facility
The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
