What You'll be Doing

- Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online travel agencies.
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for group events, meetings, and conventions.
- Revenue Management:
- Work closely with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Implement effective yield management practices to balance occupancy and rates.
- Monitor and analyze competitive set pricing and adjust strategies as needed.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Budgeting and Financial Analysis:
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
