Our cloud software and AI-powered solutions reach thousands of agencies and brokers worldwide, setting the pace for what modern insurance can do. We’re looking for a Manager, Data Transformation & Conversion Services to join our Data Conversion Services and help us redefine how data migration and implementation services are delivered in an AI-enabled future. This is more than a traditional operations management role. While people leadership and delivery excellence remain critical, we’re looking for someone equally passionate about innovation, automation, and organizational transformation – someone who will challenge existing processes, embrace emerging technologies, and help build the next generation of data services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Conversion Specialists, building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer success
- Identify skill gaps and craft talent strategies that prepare the team for future business needs
- Spot opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes
- Champion experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement, driving adoption of AI-powered tools across the team
- Own delivery of data conversion activities across a portfolio of customer implementations, tracking KPIs for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Support complex, strategic, and at-risk customer engagements, serving as an escalation point for migration challenges and solution design
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical, consulting, implementation, or data-focused teams
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in evolving environments
- Experience with AI, automation, machine learning, generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years working in data conversion or analysis roles
Bonus points if you also have:
- A background in data migration, data integration, implementation services, SaaS, or professional services organizations
- Experience building and scaling operational processes
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and evaluating emerging technologies
- Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies
Talent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels, including military members and their spouses and those without a traditional degree or tech background. If this role speaks to you, apply.

Entry Level Data Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level data manager job?
Entry level data manager roles favor candidates who can demonstrate hands-on work with data tools like SQL, Excel, or Python, even through coursework, bootcamps, or personal projects. Employers at this level look for attention to detail, familiarity with data organization principles, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. A portfolio showing a real cleanup or analysis project gives you a concrete edge over candidates with only a degree.
Which companies hire entry level data managers?
Companies hiring entry level data managers right now include Capital One, Information Technology Senior Management Forum, and Oracle, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a wide range of organizations, including healthcare systems, financial services firms, tech companies, and public sector agencies that need help organizing and maintaining growing data sets.
Are there remote entry level data manager jobs?
Yes, though on-site and hybrid roles still make up a significant share of openings at this level. About 34% of entry level data manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, giving candidates flexibility in where they apply. Fully remote positions at the entry level tend to be more competitive, so targeting hybrid roles can broaden your realistic options.
Are these new grad data manager jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior data manager roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts internships or academic projects toward qualifications, or explicitly accepts a strong portfolio in place of formal work history. Look for language like "entry level," "junior," or "recent graduates encouraged to apply" to identify the right fit.
Which industries hire the most entry level data managers?
Entry Level data manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Banking & Financial Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors drive hiring at the entry level because they generate large volumes of operational or customer data that needs consistent organization, quality control, and reporting, creating steady demand for candidates who are earlier in their careers.
