How do I get a dentist job in Los Angeles?
The strongest hiring comes from group dental practices, federally qualified health centers, and hospital-affiliated clinics spread across neighborhoods like Hollywood, the Eastside, and the South Bay. Candidates who speak a second language, particularly Spanish or Korean, stand out in Los Angeles's diverse patient communities. Targeting community health networks and multi-location DSO groups gives you the broadest access to openings across the city.
Which companies hire dentists in Los Angeles?

Yes, though hands-on clinical roles are by nature on-site, so remote options are limited to administrative, consulting, or telehealth-adjacent positions. About 0% of dentist openings tied to Los Angeles are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting roles in dental case management and insurance review. Clinical associates and general dentists should expect in-person requirements at Los Angeles practice sites.
How can I get a dentist job in Los Angeles with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through associate dentist positions at DSO-affiliated group practices, which regularly hire new graduates and provide structured mentorship. Los Angeles also has a strong network of community health centers, such as those serving Boyle Heights and Watts, that prioritize mission-driven candidates over extensive experience. Completing a general practice residency at a Los Angeles-area hospital further strengthens your competitiveness with local employers.
