Work Schedule : Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity
The Ad and Content Design Manager a highly creative, hands-on leader who shapes visual execution and brand expression across channels and touchpoints. Working from the vision set by the Director, Creative and Content, this role translates strategy into compelling, on-brand creative work and guides the designers and production partners who bring it to life.The role is equal parts creative leader, design practitioner, and team builder. You’ll set clear direction, raise the standard of craft, and ensure every deliverable is cohesive, thoughtfully resolved, and built for impact.
The Work Itself
- Partner with the Creative Director to interpret and execute the overarching creative vision.
- Develop visual concepts and design directions that bring ideas to life across channels
- Provide clear and actionable creative direction to designers, copywriters, and production partners.
- Ensure consistency of look, feel, and tone across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, and marketing partners to align visual direction with messaging and strategic goals.
- Work hand-in-hand with Creative production and Delivery teams to stay aligned on timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Participate in reviews, feedback sessions, and cross-functional meetings to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Review and refine design work, ensuring high-quality execution before Creative Director review.
- Oversee the creation of final assets, ensuring they meet brand, creative, and production standards.
- Partner with production managers and vendors to ensure flawless execution of final deliverables across print, digital, and video formats.
- Mentor and inspire designers and junior creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide constructive feedback that elevates both the work and the people behind it.
- Help cultivate innovation and push creative boundaries within the brand framework.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in design, motion design and art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across channels.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing creative concepts from idea through final production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, photography, and motion/interactive design.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with emerging design tools and technologies.
- Experience collaborating with copywriters, producers, and marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of production processes and the ability to anticipate challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Base Pay Range
$90,000.00 - $150,000.00An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
