Digital Content Specialist Jobs in San Antonio, TX

We are a growing residential construction and home remodeling company focused on delivering high-quality home transformations. We’re looking for a team player who is creative and detail oriented. This individual will play a vital role in bringing our projects to life, both in design and through an online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients, vendors, and project managers on remodels/new builds to include managing progress through construction software (Buildertrend), regular meetings, and follow ups.
• Create design concepts, layouts, and finish selections for residential remodels (kitchens, baths, whole-home updates, etc).
• Stay within budget and project timelines for the starts process.
• Manage website and social media platforms to include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Capture/edit behind-the-scenes videos, progress shots, client testimonials, and transformation reveals.
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, track analytics, and run simple campaigns to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the team (designers, project managers) to get project photos and stories.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential interior design or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Passion for residential home transformations.
• Sharp eye for detail and basic tech comfort.
• Reliable transportation. (San Antonio, Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne proximity)

Pay can vary based on experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
