Totality Solutions Inc. is hiring a full-time, on-site Low Voltage and CCTV Field Technician for the Greenville, SC region. This role is for a hands-on technician with field experience installing and troubleshooting structured cabling, Cat5/Cat6, CCTV/security camera systems, access control, and commercial networking equipment.

What You'll Do
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling, including Cat5/Cat6 structured cabling.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems, access control systems, and related security technology.
- Support commercial networking and IT systems, including diagnosing connectivity and device issues.
- Maintain clean cable management, labeling, and documentation on each job site.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, customers, and project teams to keep scope, schedule, and site expectations aligned.
- Work independently or as part of a crew in warehouses, retail locations, restaurants, offices, and other commercial environments.
- Represent Totality Solutions professionally in the field.
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling or security systems.
- 1+ years of experience with CCTV systems and/or commercial networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cat5/Cat6 installation, termination, cable labeling, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose field issues and communicate what you found, what you fixed, and what still needs attention.
- Strong attention to detail, professional conduct, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- BICSI Technician, NICET, or related certifications are preferred, but not required.
