The Global Head of Partnerships is responsible for leading Aon's global brand partnerships and sponsorships marketing strategy and portfolio, ensuring partnership investments and activation programs align with business objectives, marketing priorities, and growth goals. The leader serves as a strategic partner to commercial and marketing team members, using partnerships and sponsorships to build significant client experiences, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable business impact.
Location: US, Singapore or Poland

What the day will look like
- Overall responsibility for leading global partnership initiatives, including implementation of the partnership marketing strategy to ensure investments and activation initiatives are aligned with broader business and marketing strategies to drive growth
- Integrate with commercial leaders to understand their goals and objectives, and help them achieve impact through partnerships
- Lead the selection of partnership properties, negotiation, acquisition of rights and benefits, and execution of partnership marketing programs
- Actively align with the Aon Story strategy, messaging and storytelling crafting immersive multi-channel client experiences
- Evaluate, monitor, and report on portfolio performance and ROI to demonstrate impact and advise future direction
- Build a positive relationship with leaders, becoming a trusted advisor and ultimately improving return on investment
- In partnership with the business liaise with clients, as needed
- Develop, lead and manage rights holders, external agencies and influential team members as it relates to activating partnerships
- Lead governance framework built to drive efficiency and consistency globally
- Support in the management, mentorship, development, and growth of the team dedicated to partnership marketing
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Senior and accomplished professional in partnership marketing; skilled in developing, negotiating, selling and/or running large partnership programs with top brands
- Strong background and achievements in developing and delivering multi-market programs
- Strong business sense, with the proven track record to think strategically and independently, translating strategies into strong execution and implementation while driving effectiveness and efficiency across diverse geographies
- Outstanding standout colleague with the confidence and integrity to earn cross-functional confidence and garner support and advocacy with senior management
- Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting and results measurement
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multi-cultural differences in a matrix organization with multiple global / regional / local partners

Pay Transparency Laws:
This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
