Catering & Events Director – Chick-fil-A Bucktown & Wicker Park
Are you a go-getter who thrives on building relationships, making calls, and closing deals? Chick-fil-A Bucktown & Wicker Park are looking for a driven, professional Catering & Events Director to grow our catering business across both locations through proactive outreach, community sampling, and CRM-based relationship management.
This isn't a desk job. We want a hands-on leader who's energized by results, thrives in the community, and loves sharing great food and service with others.
Compensation & Benefits
- Approx. $56,160/year base salary (40 hours/week)
- 1.5% commission on all new catering sales generated outside the restaurants, across both locations (e.g., $30,000 in sales = $450 commission)

What You'll Do
- Drive catering sales through cold calling, in-person sampling, and outreach to local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations across the Bucktown and Wicker Park communities
- Manage contacts, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools
- Deliver and set up catering orders at both locations with excellence and professionalism
- Represent Chick-fil-A Bucktown & Wicker Park with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to serving others
- Collaborate with leadership at both locations to build strategies and hit growth targets
- Assist with packaging and prepping food for catering and delivery
- Build brand awareness and loyalty across both communities
- Track sales performance and refine outreach strategy over time
- Travel regularly between both locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Commission-driven and hungry to grow sales
- Proven track record in sales, catering, or business development
- Comfortable cold calling and building relationships from scratch
- Experience with CRM tools
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple leads and tasks at once
- Professional presentation in every interaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (regular travel between locations required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Able to work independently and think like an owner
