KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Provide clients with updates to ensure their vision is delivered through seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination.
- Organize materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth event operations.
- Provide on-site event support, including registration management, guest engagement, and activity coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all events run efficiently and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collect client and attendee feedback to improve future campaigns and strategies.
- Compile post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No prior experience required — full training provided for motivated and reliable candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
