Every Little Something | Leesburg, Virginia
Every Little Something is looking for a part-time Events & Community Coordinator to help build an active events program at our new Leesburg location.
This is a new role with room to shape what it becomes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, is interested in the Loudoun County community, and is comfortable making introductions, building partnerships and generating interest around events.
The right person will help us develop a calendar of in-store events, workshops, collaborations and community gatherings that give customers another reason to visit the shop and make Every Little Something an active part of downtown Leesburg.
This is an hourly, part-time role and will likely work best initially as a side gig for someone with flexibility in their schedule. There may also be opportunities for commission or performance-based compensation tied to certain events, partnerships or revenue-generating programs.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a calendar of in-store events and community programming
- Recruit attendees, partners, instructors and local collaborators
- Coordinate event logistics, promotion and on-site execution
- Develop partnerships and private-event opportunities that generate traffic and revenue
- Track attendance and results to identify what should grow

About Every Little Something
The Shop by Every Little Something is a curated fine gifts and paper shop specializing in tangible goods, distinctive stationery, and thoughtfully selected pieces for the home, office, and everyday life. Founded in 2014, Every Little Something now operates two retail locations in historic Middleburg and Leesburg, Virginia, both within an hour of Washington, D.C.
The Shop features exclusive creations by artist and designer Nicole Catherine, a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), whose training in graphic design and color theory informs the brand’s distinctive aesthetic. Offerings include custom wedding invitations, personal stationery, journals, children’s writing and activity books, fine pens, gifts, and home and office décor.
